Night before birthday
Well, I am writing this post the evening before my 24th birthday. It is hard to imagine… My life has changed so much over the past couple of years that I still haven’t caught my breath. Tomorrow I will be 24. Wow.
I had an awesome day today. I worked in the morning and then the whole family went to Taber’s and played miniature golf in the afternoon. We had a blast! It has been so long since we have done anything like that. We need to do it more often. When we got back we had Grammie and Grampa LaClaire over for Chinese (from the absolute best Chinese restaurant around, Cathay Hut on Lisbon St. in Lewiston) to celebrate Grammie’s 75th birthday and my birthday. We had turnovers and ice cream for dessert. While we were waiting for dessert to sound palatable we played a round of Pitch. That’s something else that we haven’t done in WAY too long. We had a very nice and relaxing evening.
“Nice and relaxing” is unquestionably the way to describe the entire day. It was great!
